Up to 20 days before the check in date you can cancel your reservation for any reason by getting a voucher worth the value of your deposit to be used until the end of 2023

It is possible to purchase the ” BOOK SAFELY ” policy at a cost of 50 Euro
In this case, the reservation can be cancelled up to 5 days before the check in date, for any reason, obtaining in this case a refund of the deposit paid.
The integration of the ” BOOK SAFELY ” option must be concurrent with the confirmation of the reservation and in case of cancellation is the only cost that will be retained.
Delivery of accommodations will be from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival while check out by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure .
